- VP of Youthful Ideas is also a Student Ambassador for Teen Adolescence book, GOLDEN.
- VP of Youthful Ideas communicates regularly with executive team members to deliver pertinent details related to progress status and direction of projects.
- VP of Youthful Ideas coordinates with leadership to develop and implement organizational strategies and promote progress towards business objectives.
- VP of Youthful Ideas constructs weekly newsletters of up-to-date information, projects, and announcements of the foundation, The Dekko Foundation, with surrounding communities.

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, we all faced many challenges and hardships. It was indeed a devastating time. As a senior in high school, I knew I would be attending college in the upcoming fall but was unsure of the unknown.

The Dekko Foundation allowed me to extend my internship under their employment in partnership with The Community Learning Center located in Kendallville, IN. I remained an intern throughout the following summer and watched the magic of this new and fascinating organization unfold. This building holds so many special moments for Kendallville residents and beyond. This experience was a monumental stepping stone in my educational and professional life.
